Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return an item

Email support@laundrybasketcod.shop with your name, phone number and order date. We'll send you the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Refunds

Once we receive the item back, we refund the amount you paid within 14 days by bank transfer to an account you provide.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return costs.
